1. Most orders will be made and shipped within 2-8 weeks. However this can fluctuate depending on current amount of orders. Hoods will ship out faster than sets, average time for hoods is 7-10 days.

Yes, orders may be rushed for an additional fee. Please send us a message or email with your name, desired product and date needed by and we will reach out asap.

We recommend spot cleaning or gently hand washing with cold water/ minimal  detergent and hang drying.  

Due to the handmade nature of each item, we do not accept any returns/ refunds/ or cancellations. All sales are final immediately after purchase. If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to us via email. Thank you for your understanding.
